Those who are keen for completed unit, can consider The Reach. Still have limited units available. from RM 6xx psf only. Smallest 1,433sf for RM 664 psf. Other size >2k sf onwards at RM 5xx psf

The Reach seems better bet due to density and land tenure. But of course need to analyse more in term of pricing, commercial/ residential, etc
