I remember passing the project site after viewing a unit at The Reach. Still looks like an empty plot of land a few weeks ago.

May pay a visit to the sales gallery too soon.

The project site. The official website TS posted even showed the exact location, which is a 100m or 200m away from The Reach along Jalan Tiara Titiwangsa 3.

Opss, just saw that... didn't realise it is in the website ady... should be less noise from Duke compared to Reach?

Will be interesting on the layout, size and pricing is the key.
The Reach come in big sizes making the absolute pricing not affordable.

Still no info?? Wonder why those other property taikors no news on this project, no $$$ pay them??

Morning walk passed this show gallery and it's back lane with 10 parking lots for visitors. You can access through the lane just after POS Setapak. The basement car park with barriers not ready yet.
Internal renovation still in progress and messy.
I estimate it may open after CNY the earlier.

Must be one of those developers who kept a low profile. D'Sands @ OKR comes to mind as one of those projects which have very little marketing and was only featured in one interior deco magazine the SA stationed there showed me. Still managed to sell quite well, tho.

Who knows, maybe this project will be as successful as D'Sands.

Still need to their pricing and layout etc...

heard about this project from their sales personnel in Mid Valley property fair last month.

They havent confirm the selling price yet .

I also heard their sales gallery will be ready by mid march 2018.

I like the KLCC view with no blocking.
