I see. Sounds like it's either going to be on the dense side circa 1,xxx units such as Duta Park @ Jln Kuching with a myriad of unit layouts or following The Reach's 5xx units with larger layouts.

I already registered at their website. Hope to get a response from them soon.

As for the project info, your guess is as good as mine, and I have registered at their website over a month ago.

The show unit is next door to the POS Setapak branch, but the last I checked a few weeks ago, they were still installing the fixtures and the lighting.

Those who are keen for completed unit, can consider The Reach. Still have limited units available. from RM 6xx psf only. Smallest 1,433sf for RM 664 psf. Other size >2k sf onwards at RM 5xx psf

If they can make the 1.4k sf unit become 5xxpsf then nice.... But still quite pricey for that noisy n jam area
