walk-in branch apply cc on 30th apr. called customer service just now they said they haven't receive the application

will cancel visa gold once i collect my cards next week - 30/04 apply at pb branch - 22/05 processing - 24/05 approved |

tested my master quantum paypass at my shop pbb terminal, it work. maybe sushi zamai velocity terminal that time got problem or cant support paypass |
