public bank give me VS and Master Platinum, do i need to call and cancel Master Platinum if i didnt activate/set pin? I didnt apply any of these card, i apply pbb car loan, they said will give me CC

is public bank quantum come together visa and master? i cannot choose only apply for either one right?
