Is it just me or Public Bank Quantum MasterCard have issues with iPay88?
I'm trying to use my Quantum MasterCard and have tried out a few websites that uses iPay88 as their payment gateway and all have the same issue, it will give an error that the payment provider rejected the transaction.
Other payment gateway is fine though.
