Well i am using US address for my credit card detail and it works...maybe you can try US/SG address?

I'm having asian console, US gamertag. I bought SG live prepaid from GH and reload no problem. I don't think gold live is region-locked

i wont be using CC. getting the prepaid card instead but i am getting it from US this time.

i have an asian console and register the account using singapore account. and i can use my live gold that i bought from ebay. so the live gold one is not region lock. special thanks to Amysuraya. sorry that i kill u last nite. hehehe.
