Interesting. Looks like they've implemented the region-locking for Video Marketplace. Now can't download anything from the Video Marketplace.

Live Marketplace contents are ok. Still can download.
It's Video Marketplace the one that's restricted. Can browse but can't download.

Those are different problems. If you get the msg "This item is not available in your location" that's the region lockout at work.

Points card are region specific, based on IP same like Video Marketplace.

2 HDD on same console should be ok I think. Mine I use the memory card for acct details.
