If there is no better offer then I probably will port to U Mobile Borneo prepaid..

Part of the condition was CelcomDigi cannot absorb Yoodo users "by default", and upon failure to sell off Yoodo to become unrelated party, it must be closed down.
So, action will be necessary on users' part because there is no "by default" after August.

I can't wait so I port out and enjoying the edisi kuning rm 25 per month. Well better speed and internet quota for me. In yoodo I also paying rm 25 , paying the sahe price and getting more internet quota is bargain for me. I don't have wifi at home so rely on internet quota to surf my ig n tiktok

Just to clear the air. There's no need to port out yet. The brand is shutting down but your prepaid line will continue to work with CelcomDigi.

Yoodo was never a separate company, it is a prepaid brand from Celcom, just like Xpax.

Only thing that changes here is possibly the Yoodo prepaid plans...it may follow the new CelcomDigi prepaid plans.

hopefully, i can still continue to enjoy the RM5/month voice plan.. I used that plan for my old parent .. my parent dont use sms or data.. Just making calls only.

Mean the plan will follow existing celcom digi prepaid right?

For making calls only you may also consider OneXox call minutes.

The current catch is need to top up RM30 every 120 days to stay active.

I have no idea as well why people freaking out and porting out

They said will share more news by Jun 17th

After that, if want to port out, can be done by August.. which is plenty of time to port out between Jun 17th-end of August

People should just keep calm and wait for Jun 17th

It's a choice... port out can always port in if there is attractive plan for celcom digi prepaid. But as per current celcom digi plan, assuming celcom allowed to absorb all Yoodo users, the plan is not as attractive to users.

for those port out yoodo, when u click "Yes, confirm my request." link from port out email, it will redirect to the yoodo app, any message show? i click it and nothing , is it normal?

opening the link in phone, u will have to find a way to open the link in browser

I'm subbed on this plan as well, for parent spare phone.

My next option would be unifi prepaid, and sub to rm20/200min call pass.

just temporarily uninstall the yoodo app, so that there is no app handler for it
