Its in final stage as the bidding have been closed a few weeks ago. Its difficult to sell a lost making entity for a price that don't make sense.

Anyway, it looks like Yoodo may survive this.

Negativ in the millions.
They only have like 150k subscribers....nothing compared to MVNOs with around 1 million subscribers.

Even Unifi Mobile has around 850k subscribers and has been loss making.

The future of Tunetalk is uncertain as well. There is a major dispute between the shareholders and ongoing for years.

As for Yoodo, have they been able to change MCMC's mind and will be absorbing Yoodo customers into CelcomDigi?

Just to clear the air. There's no need to port out yet. The brand is shutting down but your prepaid line will continue to work with CelcomDigi.

Yoodo was never a separate company, it is a prepaid brand from Celcom, just like Xpax.

Only thing that changes here is possibly the Yoodo prepaid plans...it may follow the new CelcomDigi prepaid plans.
