What is the cheapest call plan after Yoodo?
I have two number for my grandma & grandpa for pure calling only. Currently on Yoodo call plan RM12 per month.

Not sure any similar or cheapest plan after this?

I used BeOne in the past, such a bother, every 30 days got to top up and then have to subscribe to unlimited calls. None of these steps can automate or auto debit. I think it will die off slowly. It's sub brand of OneXox.

its actually RedONE

but yeah, barely ever heard of them, ever.

I think your best options are either

Yes Prepaid FT5G 20
RM20
50gb data, can hotspot, all calls, data rollover

or

TuneTalk EpikCall20
also RM20
10GB (video capped at 360p)
unlimited calls
unlimited wechat/whatsapp/google maps

if you had asked a week or 2 ago, tunetalk was the only option
but now Yes launched this very competitive plan

So will be creating sialkomdickgi prepaid Edisi merah to replace yoodo? Or absorb into Edisi biru?

I would not be suprised considering this is part of the announcement

What happens to my Yoodo line after 29 August 2024?
Your existing Yoodo plan will continue with CelcomDigi.

Can I still enjoy my existing plan after 29 August 2024?
Yes, you can continue with your existing plan.

Depends on phone using. If using features phones (with 9 key type) don't use Yes because Yes don't have 2g network.

You can consider one of these celcom based mvno instead (tune talk or redOne)

what does it mean cannot "customised validity extension"?

no more RM3/50sms option on that date? have to pump in RM30+ just to keep alive in the meantime for MNP?

--

oh, got it.

those who spend RM30 can extend their validity.

Yoodo becomes a prepaid product under Celcom, like what I predicted.

Win-win for both telco and consumers.

From what I heard, those who opted to stay with Yoodo after August, will be auto converted (with your current plan) to CelcomDigi WITHOUT needing to change your SIM CARD, you can use your Yoodo SIM CARD.

(Your current plan will be still valid until further notice as directed by CelcomDigi later).

So converted to which one? Biru or Kuning?

If Blue, I probably port out to something else since I already have Celcom line.

Not Biru Nor Kuning. Both also BUKAN!

It's your Yoodo existing plan will be shown on CelcomDigi. Let's say you are on UNLIMITED 3Mbps plan, you pay the same price, but this time to CelcomDigi directly. Not Yoodo anymore.

* This and reminder, THIS PLAN will EXIST until CelcomDigi could later amend it's plan for Yoodo users. Then it will change after that.
