When is the last day to port out from Yoodo?

i requested port out in a Digi store yesterday. How long does it take to receive the port out message from Yoodo?

the email should be sent around 2hours. sometimes it takes more but roughly should be ready before 5-6 hours in my own experiences

Within 1 hour or 2 hours you got the email and you can click yes to port out. Last week Friday I port out at least 5 times , click email also click more than 5 times 😂 , now on Celcom Digi edisi kuning . Much better compare to yoodo 😆 in term of data

To port out , the line must be active? likely to port out if the line is inactive since the port out procedure only get the message from email rather than sms

You know what... I think it was apparent this will happen ever since celcomdigi merger...

1. No way you would sell yoodo and leave your competitors gain track
2. The way MCMC say you MUST SELL or CLOSE which probably prevent them from absorbing them automatically

I dont even know if the option to port to CD is a legit move by the MCMC directive.

Depend you can wait or not. If port out online you wait for sim card reach your house , you go Digi store you get the sim card immediately.

I choose go to Digi store because I lazy to wait the courier to send the sim card to me .

Thanks, i went to a digi store and they charged me rm10 for the sim & port in request. Received message & port out email from yoodo. now just need to wait for it to process

Digi store not suppose to charge the rm 10, for mnp it's free , you didn't read Digi in Telco thread ? Me myself and other forum member argue about this rm 10 sim card Card charge . I didn't even pay this rm 10 to Digi store , another member got refund too. .. I paid rm 10 at first then I got refund too. .

Why the hurry to port out? Why not see what will be offered later on 17th June? The line will still continue to run even after end of August. If no action taken, I'm sure it will be absorb into celcomDigi
