keep receving expired otp..
it seem work fine after few hours.

We would appreciate if you could perform the below troubleshooting:
1) Kindly ensure that you have a good network coverage for your current Telco.
2) Check the Spam setting/block sender/blacklisted sender/block 'short code' to ensure that the Maybank short code number is not listed under the block number.
3) If you have installed any antivirus application, kindly switch it off or uninstall to request the TAC.
4) Kindly ensure that your inbox is not full and if it is full, we would suggest for you to delete some of the message to allow the receiving of a new message.
5) Swap the SIM card to other devices and try to request the TAC again.
6) Kindly restart your device and request the TAC again.
If you still not able to receive the TAC after performing the initial troubleshooting, kindly revert back to us for further checking with the respective unit. Thank you.

90 days of no usage still far away, but I got warning "We noticed you haven´t purchased any add-ons for some time" by sms. Strange!

just when I have decided to get the Unifi SIM on android app, the unifi@mobile app totally unusable! Can't proceed to next screen on 'I WANT TO START NOW!'.
TM made this app like a kid who just learn app programming.. WHAT f* business are you runnin TM !! wtf

Lousy network experience. LTE feels slow and coverage very poor in Penang.

Apparently this phone of mine has no band 5 as such I am not using 4G. My other phone which can access band 5 still have 10.38Gb left which sim I applied with 10 Gb free. Was told that the Unifi apps having technical issues. Earlier on, could not check balance at all ! Now only the data balance is blank. You can check balance through Live Chat using the apps. The free data is still there....

Set up my wife’s phone today. Didn’t have problems other than registering the app, initially had error after setting up. Just checked the app working fine now.
Coverage not too good, only 3G and sometimes only E, confirmed Celcom yet to upgrade my place when I last tested their network more than 6 months ago.
