H+ or E pointless..coz the 20gb only for pure LTE...now and then while driving my coverage change, so when the time change to H+ then no data in and out since I do not have 3g data subscribed, waze also gone, waiting for network

what kind of stratergy, your company does not have much LTE coverage, but not allowing customer to use 3G when LTE is not available

for waze even E already sufficient

waah what happened to the FAQ saying...90 days from the last usage (data, call out or SMS) I know they having problem, that is why they are not giving us any info from their app like, call / sms usage record

I got theXOX sim card for free as a promo, i have used it for less than a month. Now I ask them to MNP, they said cannot, only for new registration cause need to pay RM10. Since mine already registered, so cannot do already.

in my case since i am moving around between several areas, some area got LTE, then can use, other areas the don't have their LTE, then gone, totally lost interentconnection since 20gb only for lte...i am plannnig to MNP 2 numbers as well
