how to port out from unifi@mobile ?? Do i need to keep certain credit inside my account in order to port out ??

Actually now i quite like unifi@mobile... rm10 can last for 3 months...
Quite suitable to the low usage users like me...
But the downside is... network is not as good as maxis. And if the 3G usage is finished and the area doesnt has LTE coverage... mean i cant access internet at all even a simple texting in whatapps also cant make it..

I visited klia few months ago... there had 4g coverage... but speed is not good only... donno how abt klia2

My house 4G coverage although slow but better than digi... fb... youtube not bad...

20gb free quota no more?? When i checked the quota remain in their app...20gb lte data disappear already

Very confusing plan... there is 2 date.. one is prepaid expiry date and another one is sim termination date.
Even i keep using the free data quota... it wont extend the validity days... wtf...

and their system got problem... even i did a top up on mid march... but my expiry date still the same ( 90 days from activation ) ... wtf

Via the live chat... just give u the number and ask for expiry date... u will get the so "disappointed" answer... even u used the data..top up.... the validity wont extend... either they system got bugs or... it is an empty promises again...

By right any reload will extend the expiry date, but i think their back end system is still in a mess.
That why the CS could not give us the correct information.

I felt what they published in web site is different with their current backend system. U just make a live chat with their cs and ask for expiry date then u will know i tried to say...
