Tried the QR on the front page, cannot. try to snap the whole front page, cannot. so now I am left with only 1 attempt. if still fail, will have to go to the counter to do it, and possibly kena charge fee

Has anyone had their credit amount gone missing? Mine had disappeared even though I never used it. My account nickname has been changed as well. It sounds like missing credit has happened to a few people based on FB search. Help! 😭

i downloaded the PDF and scanned the QR code and it still fail...i've reflected it back to AA on the matter

Hi ....my credits have disappeared long time ago and until now still missing. Haiz.

i can still see my credits but I think it's now become like "duit pisang" during japanese era. Useless. If AAX survive, only 0.5% of that amount can be used. If AAX is dissolved, the credit goes to 0%.

my credit account is still intact and i finished using it with my latest booking.

2 QR codes with 2 doses vax are required

it only needs the 2nd dose QR code only actually

i check in mine = it failed, i need to go to check in counter to get my boarding pass(i use screen shot, upload and use another phone to take picture of the QR code and use my phone to scan it....all 3 attempts also fail)

i check in my mom = directly recognize it

is it me, or did AirAsia change their booking page for the worse ?

Previously if a route isn't flying on a particular day, it would show a calendar view that showed the date and lowest price. Now it just says "Oh no! We can’t find any flights." ? And I'll need to use a flight tracking site to find out the exact day the route is scheduled to input into the booking page to see prices.

And why show MH flights ? I get that AirAsia wants to be a travel agent as well, but it should not be on the default view !

Any idea is big points can fluctuates like currency? Yesterday i saw 3000 points now its 2994 via air asia apps

which test required to take before entering sabah? RTK Saliva or RTK Antigen? and the test result will upload to MYSJ?

Has anyone had their credit account being cut to 0.5% already? When are they going to do that?

I'm asking because the amount in my credit account is still intact and some people said, it's not affected.

Now, I dont know which one to believe.
