If check in using AirAsia App, they no longer provide printed boarding pass?

So when nak check in, just hand over phone to the abang/kakak police to show boarding pass?

The Credit Account, can it be used to pay for hotel stays only? Like no purchase flight, but want to utilize it for hotel

Doesn't appear like it, as i could not find the place to enter details for my credit account. seelcting hotel rooms re-directs me to enter my credit card straight

I don't think can. when the pandemic first happened, we have the option to either refund to credit card, or to put into Credit Account. Now cannot already. If refund, is always to Credit Account. and can be used for future travels only.

I intend to Check-in using AirAsia App, and it requires for the MySejahtera QR Code to be scanned. Tried it twice, but it says wrong QR Code??

Tried the QR on the front page, cannot. try to snap the whole front page, cannot. so now I am left with only 1 attempt. if still fail, will have to go to the counter to do it, and possibly kena charge fee
