The KLCC market generally has a lower night population and hence investors should be aware of the specific condo that they are investing because obviously the KLCC market has other factors to consider such as noises, walking distance conveniences and even the tenants profile of the condo or surrounding.

It also worth to get one unit here as have the klcc status , u can keep your money in a save place

You need to know that the KLCC Market has a pretty huge gap in terms of Range of PSF within the subsale market and also the primary market. Size of the unit is a factor itself. You can find as low as RM700psf... and also as high as RM2,500psf in this market.

So happy investing , know what you need in your investment portfolio

for a so called 'Klcc property' which is too far to walk to the nearest LRT/MRT station, yet the project doesn't provide enuf secured car parking, facing elevated highway, lishold and its surely not at bargain price.....

nothing much else to talk about, really.

oh..its an office suite....legally not for long term residential usage.

If your target expatriates means targeted tenants, possible. But if your target expatriates means as potential buyers, they are not eligible as the pricing couldn't meet the minimum requirement for foreigners.

Oh. I heard that they packaged with an AirBnB operator for 80:20 profit sharing. Can anyone confirm this?

Exactly. But maybe 4 years down the road, the KLCC area price suddenly raise up to million then expat is eligible to buy already. Don’t take it seriously on my optimistic statement. LOL

Nobody knows what will happen in the future.

The thing is we won't have as many expats as we used to anymore.
After the crude oil crisis, you can barely see any angmoh around KLCC already, mostly are just tourist.

Again...this is office la...i still see said this proj is klcc condo bla bla bla heree. If opis then it has to be much cheaper la. Developer wanna sell high price so do it like condo so sell u condo price....but ini office title la
