Yes bcoa its opis suite there is no compulsory guideline to provide min 1cp for each unit.
I also dunno where to park cars off road there. At least 800mtr walkimg to the nearest train station..... Boss of the opis suites also difficult to secure car parking. |

for a so called 'Klcc property' which is too far to walk to the nearest LRT/MRT station, yet the project doesn't provide enuf secured car parking, facing elevated highway, lishold and its surely not at bargain price.....
nothing much else to talk about, really. oh..its an office suite....legally not for long term residential usage. |
