Yes bcoa its opis suite there is no compulsory guideline to provide min 1cp for each unit.

I also dunno where to park cars off road there. At least 800mtr walkimg to the nearest train station.....

Boss of the opis suites also difficult to secure car parking.

800 to 900mtr imo is NOT walkable in KL without covered walkway with or without airocnd.

coupled with almost non carpark.....I seriously don't understand what is the selling point for this project. Price also not cheap given its a SOVO, not even SOHO.

for a so called 'Klcc property' which is too far to walk to the nearest LRT/MRT station, yet the project doesn't provide enuf secured car parking, facing elevated highway, lishold and its surely not at bargain price.....

nothing much else to talk about, really.

oh..its an office suite....legally not for long term residential usage.

this one carpark pun tak banyak and cukup.....walk to light train also take many light years......

Those advertise affortable luxury definitely not luxury at all doesnt matter wgat value is the smaller units.

But luxury means different meaning to different people
For ppl that use to toilet in a hole, flash toilet is luxury to them.
