This quite close to Star Residence, if Star residence sell at RM 2000 psf? If yes, then Exsim project sell at RM 1400 psf is really acceptable.

Is this plot of land the only leasehold land among the surrounding plots ? Seems like Star Residence, Hamsphire, Mirage, Taragon Puteri YKS etc are all FH ? Anyone can verify this ?
