Yes bcoa its opis suite there is no compulsory guideline to provide min 1cp for each unit.

I also dunno where to park cars off road there. At least 800mtr walkimg to the nearest train station.....

Boss of the opis suites also difficult to secure car parking.

Exism has an excellent reputation. I believe they will come out solutions to solve it.

Perhaps they can only sell to buyers with no cars or have no intention to get car in future.
