Is this plot of land the only leasehold land among the surrounding plots ? Seems like Star Residence, Hamsphire, Mirage, Taragon Puteri YKS etc are all FH ? Anyone can verify this ?

The only single positive about this project is the low entry...spend about 1% downpayment only.
