If its located at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng , then the distance to klcc should be around 1km only lar..

About the no car park i think shouldnt be a problem ? i have a friend managing 30+ airbnb units in KLCC area. More then 90 percent of the tenants from other countries they dont need a carpark actually
+ nowadays i dont think tourists will do car rental since grabcar is quite cheap and mrt lrt quite convenient as well ?Just my 2 cen

Ermm..what i heard is they will come with season carpark..this might be a cost you need to consider?But some projects along yap kwan seng already selling above rm1800k -Rm2400 psf.So i think this project is still quite potential.
Alilah bangsar is a good example ,units come without parking .
People buy just for investment and they are doing good now.

Nowadays if you want to do the long term rental the rental yield can be miserable,so now many looking for property suitable for doing short term rental.I think thats what happen to scarletz sold off in few months.Of course non of us can predict the market in future,but i personally think this project has huge potential.But i didnt buy,because i cant take more loan XD

I think 250++ is sufficient enough since not many need cp .They are aiming tourists.
There are some 10+ years old projects within klcc and yks selling cheaper psf but those are like condos without facilities.
Lastest completed in YKS is The mews , selling rm1800 now.
Royce residence , Isola , Star residence selling above rm1800 now .

Which pojects dont have lelong units ???Thats another story..

Sentral suites shortlived alila?Might happen and we cant predict the future .Competition is inevitable this is something you must be aware of ,
there is no risk free investment.Just be aware of whats your position and exit plan.

I think Scarletz is still potential because lowest absolute price, awesome facilities , low psf in that area ,if you wana do short term rental can be your best choice in that area with that pricing.
Of course forget it if you planning to keep for ownstay later.

Every projects has pro and cons , i have had enough seeing people complaining about EVRY projects ,
Price very high lar, no mrt lrt larh , very jam lar that area , leasehold lar ,many projects in that area la ..
Why dont these people keep their money in bank then?

I think diffrent projects have diffrent positioning .
