If its located at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng , then the distance to klcc should be around 1km only lar..

About the no car park i think shouldnt be a problem ? i have a friend managing 30+ airbnb units in KLCC area. More then 90 percent of the tenants from other countries they dont need a carpark actually
+ nowadays i dont think tourists will do car rental since grabcar is quite cheap and mrt lrt quite convenient as well ?Just my 2 cen |

Nowadays if you want to do the long term rental the rental yield can be miserable,so now many looking for property suitable for doing short term rental.I think thats what happen to scarletz sold off in few months.Of course non of us can predict the market in future,but i personally think this project has huge potential.But i didnt buy,because i cant take more loan XD

Every projects has pro and cons , i have had enough seeing people complaining about EVRY projects , Price very high lar, no mrt lrt larh , very jam lar that area , leasehold lar ,many projects in that area la .. Why dont these people keep their money in bank then? |
