Not sure when you said "all", you actually mean "all*. Tunku Abdul Razak park is there for the last 20 years except for Pudu Ulu, it's been there for 10 years. Leisure mall was there for the last 20 years. Only the major malls like Velocity and Ikea are newly built for the past 3 years. As I've mentioned, I only pointed out about the northern part of Cheras. Which is the Kuala Lumpur side. Southern side people usually call it as BMC rather than Cheras only. Selangor side then is comparable to Puchong as nothing much is developed there except the half dead Cheras Sentral.

Puchong isn't that new either. Just not many developer is interested. How long has IOI mall been there? And a 5 minute drive you'll reach i City mall which is almost a dead mall except for a few f&b shops.

Never wanted to compare between Cheras and Puchong. Just stating that if I were to buy a condo, I'd rather go for one in Cheras rather than in Puchong smile.gif

putra prima, restaurant near OTK supermarket, and plenty of small malay restaurant that you can lookup too, i used to seek for burger for supper, plenty of burger stall around as well and the price is super cheap where a normal burger only cost about rm3

I think the surrounding area is low level residential. Toll, mat rempit is the least problem.
My POV is the land itself. Do you all notice it's like a pond

haha... heritage wise tak boleh lo.... northern part at least jam like puchong town too.... laugh.gif laugh.gif puchong have easy access to sunway PJ malls also... compared to cheras... without mytown velocity... one have to always travel to city center for a mid-high mall like TS, fahrenheit, pavillion and etc... haha... but cheras ppl wont like puchong... from one super jam town to another super jam town... why bother to move there.... same applies for ppl from puchong laugh.gif laugh.gif

Internally also almost finished reno..
The scale model is not yet fully installed. Have a little preview.
If this is the building to launch, then it is a L-shape building.

A number of agents there. Some are wearing HwaYoung uniform. Others are not. Agents didn't approach me.
Either they don't know the package yet or they know that l am not a buyer...
