Nearest LRT is Taman Perindustrail Puchong LRT/ puchong perdana LRT Station

Nearest Restaurant at Bandar puteri/puchongjaya/puchong perdana

Nearest mall at ioi mall,setiawalk, tesco, giant

not so near to everywhere pun

for investment, need to fight with condo deep inside the puchong perdana area(aurora,impiana,walkup apartment)

by looking at these so called promo compare with the time when I visit previously......very obvious their sales sucks doh.gif

if you aim for own stay, just wait a little longer, I believe their promo will throw in even more

if you aim for investment.....it is a dangerous profile (I personally don't think the rental could goes up 1.2 to 1.5k, most around 900-1k)

i'm looking for ownstay, i see the layout for the 1k sqf is not bad, quite spacious living room, less 'dead corner' and balanced spacing for all 3 rooms and bathroom

i got look around for projects new kuchai, sri petaling and bukit jalil but the layout not really my liking and obviously priced higher, my financial could only go for RM550 psqft

those are commercial unit, got HDA or not i am not sure so you have to prepare for paying commercial rate

their proposed time of completion is 48 months from the day i post this thread, so be prepare to pay longer progressive interest

my advise....

if you really can wait...observe for another year or 2

Looking at this i guess its gonna be another OUG Parklane due to the total units of 3000+ available.
I went for Amani Residence which i think which is better location, more quiet and also low density with 300+ units only. nod.gif

Where got 3000 units? Only 565 units (tower A) & 355 units (tower B) on 5.5 acres of land.

With the number of cars parked outside the sales gallery during weekends it's hard to imagine that the units are not selling like hot cakes. But then again, people might be holding out for better promotions in the future as some have mentioned earlier in this thread. This project seems really promising though.

this project is just main road, more easy if taking public transport or look for food.

Actually both Aviary and Amani also worth to consider in Puchong. At least both at real reasonable price n good package.
