100% leasehold in my book. the entire place from puchong perdana all the way to the edge of USJ/Putra Heights is LH.

1st of all.....cheras is a lot bigger than puchong. got KL side and Selangor side.
2nd....all that you mentioned above, only happened the past 5 yrs.
3rd..cheras developed how long jor? 40 50 years?
4th....what do you get landmark wise in selangor cheras?

I dont like Puchong also......but i also dont feel right about cheras as well.

Their latest projects are at tun razak called sentral something and one apartment at shah alam.....

Nobody will tell you how good is this project except SA.

IF you dun believe what ppl said then use yr own judgement.

You may be paying a lower price and so called preferred unit now, but you are still buying into the unknown value of your property.
