ooh...i miss those days...
- nice weather & FRESH AIR (hence beautiful complexion - fair & pimple-free)
- cheap canteen food
- never lazy going to work (aiyoh, walking distance only, no jam, no need waste petrol)
- WATER VERY CLEAN (sometimes drink straight from pipe haha!)
- hanging around wif frens of all races from different states (had great holidays at frens' hometown many times)
- FUN!!!

but i hate "some" days too...
- complicated relationships REALLY complicated (at the end of the day everyone gets hurt... so...take care)
- TOO BORING (esp when i dun get to see my frens who work different shifts, sometimes nvr even get to SEE my own roommate for weeks)
- hours all jumbled up (i went to work on wrong shift once. already worked 7am-3pm, after work go back and sleep...wake up almost 7pm and rushed to work again lol! supposedly next day oso 7am lar... )

i heard IT is on 24-hr standby? but when nothing special occurs there is not much to do but maybe different post/ level, different job scope lar...

I am curious how dealer performance are rated?

it's a walk in interview.
all you need is your resume, copies of your certificates and documents.
it's during office hour. If im not mistaken is 9-5
in my opinion,stpm holder should apply gsa
gsa basic is 1800

they have merit for you if you're following the full procedure.

im staying at RC6...so,no day and night...cant even see if its day or not from the room

Another question concerning procedure when handling money. After dealers handle money they always show an empty hand. What time frame is given to them to show empty hand after touching money? If they fail this procedure what kind of discipline measure is taken.

as long as your superior and the CCTV can see that your hand is empty then it's enough.
if u fail to do so, you will get some warning letter called CMDS. Not good for your record.

I went to wisma genting,kl for interview and went up for training two weeks after the interview.
the environment is good and it's really cold after the rain/raining.
when you're there for some period u will get use to it.
i can have my singlet and shorts up there OUTDOOR while the tourist shivering in cold.
but when you're back to the city or anywhere lower than GH, you will suffer in sweats.lol

valuable things such as ATM card, IC, room key and ID are usually put to our ID tag
Hp, leave it in your room locker when you go to work...unless u can really trust ur locker in the staff room.

i contact the GH HR, they ask me to go interview at GH on saturday, they say no need go to wisma genting on wednesday?? anyway, i going to fly tomoro, hope that everything goes smoothly!

lol...if u coming to gh then u doesn't need to be in kl of course...
unless u wanna get interview twice.lol

That is exactly what I mean. This (CMDS) is scary. How much training will you get before you get to serve in the casino? It is not an easy habit to cultivate. When ever you touch money or chip and move them you have to do it (show empty hand). It seem like an easy stuff to look at dealers do it. I am sure there is a lot of training given to reinforce this procedure into memory so that it becomes an almost automatic habit.

Anyone know Genting has hire account clerk around May or not? And what is the qualification for account clerk? I have 3 months holiday on that time and I have learn F6 and LCCI. Now learning degree in business.
