No. i mean they might be adding Rm300 for croupie next year. One of the interviewer told us. If from websites there just a little information about the jobs at GH. If you have a good english i suggest you to take GSA. Salary same as croupier.

Saw many openings in GENTING on jobstreet due to the opening of a brand new theme park soon.

Just wondering if anyone of you would like to share the salary range of the senior executive there and the corresponding benefits.

I would appreciate if you can PM me

Thank you

Recently applied for the theme park technical support post through online. Will be going for the walk-in interview this coming Saturday biggrin.gif

I am quite excited about it, but i'm worried about the interview questions, afraid that there will be a lot of technical questions unsure.gif

Is there anyone that worked as theme park technician before? Is it better to work at theme park instead of casino? Cuz I heard that casino technician is easier compared to being at outdoor, in terms of job load. But outdoor technicians have better benefits?

Please help me... unsure.gif

I just noticed the the senior executive position that I was called for interview has been re-advertised again , along with some other managerial positions . So, I am sure I did not make it .

Scenario in Summary :
I went there as schedule but I was shocked to see many people was there. Most of them seems like SPM holders interviewing for the croupier positions. As my interview already been scheduled. I did not have to wait . I was interviewed by few people including people with very high position title. I could not answer 50% of the questions thrown at me .

In retrospect :
It is confirmed that senior executive does enjoy the benefits such as a room by him/herself, own car park , RM 1020 (only food allowance) , and other perks of accommodation. The less than 4 month bonus claimed in the thread I could not verify. The claimed bonus would be above average in the market. But I do not think this conglomerate is willing to pay you the market-rate salary. It is a 100% china-man company after all . It is quite good for fresh or single people with the intention to save money to work there . But for all other people, I do not think it is the company nor the place to work for .

Note: market rate for reference is like degree holders of 5 years of working experience commanding MYR 5k .

There will be a lot of positions available for fox theme park now, and many more in the near future. Oh, please dont lose hope yet cuz we definitely need a lot more executives.
And, when you apply for technical positions for fox theme park, please be very prepared for a lot of technical questions. By technical, i meant very technical like please draw and explain the refrigeration cycle biggrin.gif. salary is definitely above market rate.

I would not go further divulging more details to avoid possible identity exposure and endless argument but I stand on what I said . No way this conglomerate gonna give you market-rate salary , as it has already been mentioned here, jobstreet's company reviews and glass door which I already reviewed before going up the hills . If you take the claimed "less than 4-month bonus" into account , it may make you feel better. Say a fresh degree holder is getting 2.8K , its 2.5k nett. Saving for 3 years would give you 100k ?

You're right on the spot regarding the company. Great for new grads but the pay is below average for experienced people. A lot of friends worked there after their SPM. Funnily, they quit after a year or two. Seems like they have high turnover in the entry level.

For intern, it will be the best experience if you are joining engineering. They have a lot of mechanical systems that is good for your learning. Boilers, Air cooled and water cooled chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, sewage etc2.

Salary, food, accommodation, gym, staff stadium, swimming pool, will all be provided. Enjoy and have fun learning!

Today's NanYang Siang Pau' Front Page News :

Taking 2 Genting companies into consideration . Genting group has got MYR
30 BILLION Cash . RM 30,000,000,000 divided by 30,000,000 Malaysians means every Malaysian would get RM 3000 each. haha

Yet when it comes to paying market rate salary, so stingy . This is why it has so much cash in its pocket ? LOL
