At that time, starting pay for fresh-grad is 2.1K.
This year - 2014, I heard that it's adjusted from 2.1K to 2.8K.

The benefits are pretty standard for local company..........though it's a MNC, but the style is typical 'Chinese local company'.......LOL

Other than standard benefits:-
You get to enjoy free accommodation (**for executive, it will be twin-sharing, meaning that you would have to share room with another room-mate; after promoted to senior, you will get a nice studio unit; don't have to worry coz the promotion rate is fast).
You also have food allowance (during my time, it's RM 1020, I have no idea how much is it now.)
The allowance can be spent at their FnB outlets; must finish every-month, cannot bring-forward or claim for cash.(**do note that food at Genting are pretty pricey, so don't be too happy about the amount.......)

The annual leave is 18 days per year (when I'm still in-tag with them).
Sometime, you may have to work during public holidays.......but never-mind la, you will enjoy double-pay or even triple-pay for CNY...........

For every 28 days, you are entitled for 4 days-off. (it's a 6 days work, 6*4=24 days + 4 days-off; thus 1 cycle is 28 days)
You can opt to take 1 day-off per week or can also opt to take it 1-stretch; meaning work for 24 days non-stop then take 4 days-off to go back hometown etc.....
And, you get to enjoy 1/2 day off for every day(s) off; eg 4 days off then enjoy extra 1/2 day off.

The thing that I hate most about up-hill IT is that you need to carry pager with only RM20 standby allowance.
The office hours is 9am-5pm; meaning that you need to standby after office hours on rotation basis.
The percentage of 'kena-page' is almost 100%.
When 'kena-page', you need to come-out from hostel and go back to office to support.........even if it's in the wee-hours..........this reallyX10 sXXks big-time.....

Overall, except for the pager thingy, I would say that I love to work in Genting..................And, if given a chance, I would like to work there again.........
After-all, you dun have to go thru the torturing of traffic jam........lol

May i know how many working days per weeks for hr executive , internal audit executive and finance executive in genting highland ?

staff quarters environment is not so good.

Hi every Genting Senior ,

I am 35 yrs old ,  getting 36 yrs after OCT in this year.

I had  Advance diploma  Business in major ( Marketing ) ,

And have been working around 12 years ,

I have alot of experienced  in deffrent field .
Like , puchasing , sales  , marketing and  account  ( UBS), payroll  .

Speciall skills :  Mc office 2010 ( cert ) , business english  (cert)
But some of my personal reason ,  I planning to quit my job after August .

Will thinking come to interview in Genting ( Pahang )  and changes the new environment for myself to start a new life  .

May I know , am I  qualify to apply job in Genting ( pahang )?
But I'm don't look my age , look like 27-28

Any executive position suitable to me ?  I don't mind start from below to be a junior .
