I just noticed the the senior executive position that I was called for interview has been re-advertised again , along with some other managerial positions . So, I am sure I did not make it .
Scenario in Summary :
I went there as schedule but I was shocked to see many people was there. Most of them seems like SPM holders interviewing for the croupier positions. As my interview already been scheduled. I did not have to wait . I was interviewed by few people including people with very high position title. I could not answer 50% of the questions thrown at me .
In retrospect :
It is confirmed that senior executive does enjoy the benefits such as a room by him/herself, own car park , RM 1020 (only food allowance) , and other perks of accommodation. The less than 4 month bonus claimed in the thread I could not verify. The claimed bonus would be above average in the market. But I do not think this conglomerate is willing to pay you the market-rate salary. It is a 100% china-man company after all . It is quite good for fresh or single people with the intention to save money to work there . But for all other people, I do not think it is the company nor the place to work for .
Note: market rate for reference is like degree holders of 5 years of working experience commanding MYR 5k .
