Hello, I’ve faced same problem. Ive been trying to port out from Maxis to Digi from 28 May 2018 until now but not successful. I’ve made 5 request but all were rejected by maxis for same reason “DONT REPLY TO SMS” which i totally disagrees because I DONT RECEIVE ANY SMS FROM MAXIS. Maxis already open case with reference number C20764728 on 28 June but until now no actions has been taken. I already have made complain to MCMC and looking forward for what will happened next.

Hi. Anyone facing porting out issue from Maxis this year? I have requested porting out last week. Until now I haven’t received any sms. I check with maxis, they say wrong IC number given. What an excuse. I have doubled confirmed with digi, every info is correct.

Now Maxis ask me to wait again. Why cant they just send me SMS since they are accessing my case

Not yet. Now they ask me to wait another 24 hours. If cannot. I will complain to MCMC. Wonder is there anyone port out smoothly

Your supplementary line need to out first. Once both supplementary line out, then can port out. Cannot port out together.
