Hi. Anyone facing porting out issue from Maxis this year? I have requested porting out last week. Until now I haven’t received any sms. I check with maxis, they say wrong IC number given. What an excuse. I have doubled confirmed with digi, every info is correct.
Now Maxis ask me to wait again. Why cant they just send me SMS since they are accessing my case
