Replaced iphone battery in sg in 2 hours time. No need to reset the phone and all data are intact. Why Malaysia ASP neeed us to reset the iphone? Double standard or they are no confident to replace it without resetting the iphone? They are not customer focus and always want us to be incovenienced.

Hye there..juz want to ask..after the replacement finished..how the quality that apple present to you all? i mean..is the phone ok in terms of how they glue back the phone and etc..??
