Can share how long is the process? And does it require to show any documents or stuffs? |

went to a authorized apple repair center - No ip6+ battery until March
 then state battery is heavily/totally damaged, cannot repair, need to buy new phone. dafak i thought all this battery replacement is to replace bad battery  ask my GF to go ask Apple Store instead. if same story, gonna freaking lodge a report. *seems like its much easier to do swap battery in Msia. |

I think a lot of people were skeptical about local AASP coz.... Malaysia boleh ma... they can be telling us a lot of inaccurate info.. that's why finally we need to involve apple support to iron them out... |
