you should have just flag it out when you realised the mistakes, instead of hoping the APR will continue with their blunder. oh well.  Apple very rarely screwed up on their inventory.

I figured it was just a typo error and I don't remember my serial number since the phone isn't with me either. I find it hard to believe the staff would write an entirely different serial number when he has my phone and me just in front of him!

Haha yea most likely will be the 16gb sad.gif
But the staff blunder is really annoying. Based on the previous forumer who did the same replacement, he got his in just 2-3 days! Mine is at 2 weeks and they only just started initiating the service! If I didn’t make noise they would have just left my order rotting in the corner...

This was machines @ The Curve right? My experience with them was quite good though... Got a screen replacement for my mum's iPhone 5S within a week.

Hi

May I know what is the battery percentage after replacement? 100?

This is because upon completion of replacement, my battery % is about the same when I hand to them. (-5%)

However, battery health is showing 100%

Thanks

Most importantly the battery health should be 100%. That is what matters.

Yes it is smile.gif

And while you’re at it, see if they offer you a refurbished set instead of replacing the battery smile.gif

Replaced my battery at machines on 29/08, and realised that batt performance is still quite poor these days. Just had a look at batt health and it's already at 99%. Just 3 months usage and it starts dropping?

the phone replacement is just our own speculation/theory...the official replacement just the battery for price of 129 regardless where u purchase it so long it is not tempered by 3rd party. Some of us may lucky to get replacement for 199.. that also subject to approval from Apple.

u may try it..go to battery in setting--> check battery health and if below certain percentage (my units at 73%) ------> diagnosis the problem button (if im not mistaken)----------> click arrange appointment with service center button (automatically connect to Apple server and pick the nearest service center near u or select which u prefer) and fix the appointment date (5 days later as for me but depend on sc)----------> then Apple will notify u by email of your appointment date...and before u go to sc make sure backed up your phone and prepare at least 199 in your pocket. thats all

I believe all eligible, since you're paying for it. However certain terms and conditions apply, for example the phone must not have been repaired outside before, no cracks on the screen, etc.

Haha yeah if follow your calculation then it doesnt sound too bad. But face is it dropped 1% within such a short period, and who knows the drop in percentage is not 1% per 3 months.
