THere are a few places that you can view Mount Fuji, even in Tokyo. You can go to Shinjuku Metropolitan Building to have a nice view as well and its free.

If you want a more natural surrounding than Kawaguchiko is nice if weather permits. Why not pay a bit more and find a private onsen in Kawaguchiko. Relax and chill for a day before you go back to the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. smile.gif. Cannot give you itinerary though. My experience with mount fuji involve climbing it and also viewing it from my previous office practically everyday.

Kawaguchiko is the best place with the highest chance to view Mount Fuji. Even if weather is ok, viewing at those further place like Hakone can still be blocked by clouds

Choose to stay opposite site of the lake and you get to experience a reflection of Mt Fuji on the lake.

Other attractions in Kawaguchiko area - Kachi-Kachi Ropeway and also the Fuji Shibazakura festival

Hahahahaha well done thumbsup.gif

Your arrival @ Narita at 9am, plus passing through immigration & luggage collection, finding your way, taking train/ bus - i think easily you'll arrive estimated 1-2pm. Check-in hotel, freshen up and place your luggage then explore, I think easily 3pm ady? There's few things you can do since it's pretty late. It gets dark early, so at you'll have to prioritize which place you wish to visit in the evening.

Next morning make the most use of it, since you only have 3-4 hours before checking out.
Your full guide: https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e6900.html

Also, Akihabara is big but I believe you also have time to visit another 1-2 place(s) as well.

Its a domestic flight, so no immigration. Luggage collection in Narita is quick as well. Transport to Ikebukuro will be the longest. smile.gif

You have bought your ticket from Osaka-narita? As its domestic flight you can actually fly to Haneda which is much nearer to the city.

Domestic flight is actually very fast when to check in and check out. Like taking a train, especially if you dont have any luggage. Done a lot of one day business trip and normally I arrive 30mins before the flight time. As transport in Japan is so reliable, I can really plan my time well.

Thank you @sweet_pez for the info and recommendation.

I'll monitor the currency exchange for the time being.

I just changed some money. The rate is now RM35.80 for 1000yen.

Been checking it regularly for the past two weeks. It's the lowest I can get from Uptitle.

Note that they don't have notes smaller than 10,000yen.

If there’s no particular reason you must fly Jetstar, should consider HND. NRT is quite far from Tokyo.

Its already booked.... cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Any way to reduce the tiredness. Cause traveling from Narita Airport straight to Mount Fuji will be few hours of ride~~~

Any highway bus that will be boarded in the main city of Tokyo so that at least we can arrive the main city by just taking the train express...

Just do a simple calculation: RM3k around 80,000yen.

Put aside 10,000yen for transport/ train and airport transfer. Balance: 70,000/7 days = 10,000yen per day.

Assuming breakfast: 500yen, lunch 1,000yen and dinner 1,500yen, your total is 3,000yen. Balance 7,000 yen for entrance fee to attraction/ garden, tidbits, snacks, souvenirs.

Budget yourself everyday and check how much balance you have. If you overspent on Day 1, Day 2/ 3 you must spend less. If Day 1 you didn't spend much, the balance amount can be transferred to Day 2.

you can list down all confirm price item, example transportation, attraction, sim card, osaka pass, kyoto bus pass
after deduction all above item, then you can know how much can spend per day

but estimate is estimate, until that time, if you find out over budget in the last 2~3 days, please use your credit card, keep some cash for emergency.

RM1.8k, I assume you bring 50k? That should be more than enough if you budget well on your makan and transport. Attraction wise, would be abit hard for you to go USJ if include shopping.

yup, 50k yen
last time did go USJ, so no USJ this time
no need worry me, haha, for osaka, kyoto, nara route, been there 3 times, this is my 4th time

actually for osaka & kyoto, RM2k per person can cover all expenses, include flight, airbnb, eat, attraction, transport, everything just exclude shopping & USJ
