both powerlifting and bb too much for me...
im just gonna do the ironman routine instead
with some help from the modified max-ot routine

fast or not absorb is a thing for muscle...thats why fish must be taken moderately even eggs...what more if dont exercise...

i mean i enjoy doing my bb shoulder press on smith compared to sitting with free bb...the amount of weight sama but tak selesa with free bb
