i think its impossible in a day without carbs...possible in a day we all makan not enuf protein
the carbs can either be good or no good
but either way, carb easy to get
protein a bit susah...and the sources also mahal like whey,fish and milk...eggs murah tapi nak prepare malas unless makan mentah...like all those boxers...ahaha
but did u guys read bout this one black boxer...i think the surname's west...something something...anyway, he kalahkan oscar de la hoya last time...
and till then, orang cakap he's one of the best athletes...cuz he did 200 pull ups, few miles of running and skipping, and havent started heaving nor sweat yet...hahaha

like the one im using is creatine monohydrate...
ego said he didnt use that...he's using creatine matrixes...

hey guys
need help here
during my workouts, i dont usually feel the stretch at the particular muscle...i mean i use weights with maximum intensity
i only feel strain post-workout
is that good or?

for example, during rows or lat pulldowns, the strain during workouts is felt at my hand...but it'll come to my back after workout

just now was doing incline bench press...started with 30lbs x12
then on second set did with 40lbs...after 6reps, i cannot lift no more, and tried to put it up the rack handles (the lower one)...

so the thing jatuh on the incline bench but tak kene me... sweat.gif
i managed to tahan and made a 360 degrees jump...while changing the position of my hand...so nampak macam im en route for a military press... tongue.gif
so, the clamps patah edi (the springs all went out) laugh.gif laugh.gif

i hid the clamps under the rack...and continued with my BB curl at 40lbs
later one of the PT's was called to help one of this noob, and he investigated the clamps...hahaha thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

the theory is that, sumtimes bigger doesnt mean stronger...
