just now was doing incline bench press...started with 30lbs x12
then on second set did with 40lbs...after 6reps, i cannot lift no more, and tried to put it up the rack handles (the lower one)...
but i think one of the Pro Bodybuilders there put the BB plates clamps there, i was in trouble...
i tried to put there, it only manage to go on the clamps' locks, (just below the handle)so i hold it...then the locks patah...luckily no one was there to see but unlucky cuz no one to help (the trouble was no one was there...so cannot tolong...the PT's were busy talking somewhere else)...
so the thing jatuh on the incline bench but tak kene me...
i managed to tahan and made a 360 degrees jump...while changing the position of my hand...so nampak macam im en route for a military press...
so, the clamps patah edi (the springs all went out)
i hid the clamps under the rack...and continued with my BB curl at 40lbs
later one of the PT's was called to help one of this noob, and he investigated the clamps...hahaha
