dudes need helpon form
how come my wrist (especially my right) sakit gile when using BB
in shoulder press okay
but usally involving bench pressing/triceps extension/incline b.press

i did wrist curls and reverse wrist curls
but still its getting worse

feel like giving up gym
rasa macam dah almost 2 months go
but badan still tak improve (on looks) tongue.gif
aha

been religiously jaga makan (although at certain rare occasions gotta makan no-good stuffs a bit)
and go to gym 4 times a week (poundages increasing lagi now thank god)
makan at least 4-5 times a day (im so bimbo in counting calories so i just try and maintain the healthiest and easies food to grab)
and if cannot go gym due to class, will swim 1-1.5km
tapi badan still buruk (although not gemok) despite good weight increase

nak lepak with one of u people one day and get loads of advice...
last time wanna go meet darklite tapi classes and extra classes are preventing me... blush.gif
oh well i dont wanna make excuses

my community they know nuts on positively alter your health
i hate it when they force me to eat fried home cooked food and say "later u can go gym or swim to burn the fats off"...dont wanna adhere but at times, responsibility comes in cry.gif

pegi gym also, the trainers there respond sucky...seriously
sedih gak when i think "what have i achieved at the gym today?"

how do u count full rom tu?

i bench with bb at 60lbs exclude bar (dunno bar weigh how much)
but with db, can do 35lbs db's per hand on 6 repetitions max
haha

anyone tried universal's real gains?
i got this from egoeagle

i've been through the thing for almost a month
trying to finish my whey atm but taking the real gains whenever im at my uni (almost everyday)

here's my review,

i)i dunno bout any of u but mine tasted weird...macam dah basi...
i dunno i heard it wasnt supposed to have any taste
and the smell...yuck

ii)and then whenever i shake or blend, got loads of white substances inside it...macam those u see in sabun serbuk...

iii) does it mean its basi or what? or am i just being a baby...i dunno...
another thing is that, whenever i mix with milk...shake or blend, its not soluble...its all solids all the way up

iv) and i think im getting diarrehea from taking it...after makan sure sakit perut the next day or few hours later

is it normal?
what do u think?
can i replace?

they dont smell nice. and they dont taste good. its all about personal preferences

u might be over training, i always get bad shit in the morning after workout day. training taxes your body and reduces your body immunity level. take with honey, and u'll stop ur diarrhea. cuz honey increases body immunity. i stopped getting this diarrhea ever since i started taking honey on a daily basis.

PS: and pls king. dont utter bullshit with such confidence when u know nothing. confirm confirm. confirm my ass.
