feel like giving up gym
rasa macam dah almost 2 months go
but badan still tak improve (on looks)
aha
been religiously jaga makan (although at certain rare occasions gotta makan no-good stuffs a bit)
and go to gym 4 times a week (poundages increasing lagi now thank god)
makan at least 4-5 times a day (im so bimbo in counting calories so i just try and maintain the healthiest and easies food to grab)
and if cannot go gym due to class, will swim 1-1.5km
tapi badan still buruk (although not gemok) despite good weight increase
nak lepak with one of u people one day and get loads of advice...
last time wanna go meet darklite tapi classes and extra classes are preventing me...
oh well i dont wanna make excuses

my community they know nuts on positively alter your health
i hate it when they force me to eat fried home cooked food and say "later u can go gym or swim to burn the fats off"...dont wanna adhere but at times, responsibility comes in
pegi gym also, the trainers there respond sucky...seriously
sedih gak when i think "what have i achieved at the gym today?"
