to get big, go workout...
protein is not necessarily taken in liquid solutions...
there are many people out there who got ripped/big without all the supplements...
they eat right...at the right time...
like fish as the best source of protein...or soy
even if u take protein, without the necessary moves in exercise or workouts, muscles still wont grow
and, if u tak exercise, the protein will later on turn to fats...
as for me, i wanna look ripped, but if i failed in one or 2 years, hell...i'll just get fit from the inside...aha

and according to one of the darklight's posts, its not complicated...to get big...
its all common sense

i follow the routine book...easier...but still some i have to discard cuz after one or 2 exercise...the part involved feel ketat...
seriously...like the curls...wow...after finished...my biceps ketat giler...like u got some kain ikat kat situ...not pain mind u...

i'm not syd, but based on my own experience from as a Lipo-6 user:
Just 1 bottle of lipo-6 will help. but it'll be better if you can take it during the whole cutting period. can speed up your results a bit.
however, you need to take note of the cycling. you need to take 1-2 weeks off after 8 weeks of using lipo-6.
Some people only take it when their fat-loss reaches a plateau.

anyways, i need help with 2 of my workouts

i) i've been doing smith machine squats...ahaha...easy for me to focus la...but its really hard cuz the instructor said i stand kinda weird since i stand with my foot facing out...that is like the letter y...haha
he said the foot must be inline with the shoulders...susah...
and to kawal the adductors to be straight...i mean...i can squat 100lbs full form that way...but when reaching 5th to 6th rep...susah cuz i cant focus on the adductors and the knees...since i try my best not to open them too much...haha...
they said i shud keep my knees straight...darn
any comments?

ii) on lateral raise...im still stuck at 15-20lbs...he said i must not lock my elbows
what does it mean?

oh...u dunno how empty the rack at gold's gym...almost all the time...
the foreigners they hog on it...
they do deadlifts, squats, shoulder press, military press all on that rack...
they have other barbells, but hey, i still need skill with squats...even with smith machine i think i still suck...haha

i think im getting fatter la
i dunno...i control what and the amoun i eat and drink
but when i tengok cermin everyday, my perut, although not boroi, its like lumpy
and the love handles like grown
and my weight's like increased?

any ideas why?
