im taking a week or two off weightliftings
i wanna concentrate on 40mins - 60mins of HIIT on the treadmill and eliptical and if im at home, my pool
my berat naik sampai 80kg and my roommate was astonished cuz i dont eat so much...damn...
takde muscle pun...haha

so, it shows the FFB article was right
i need to shred b4 bulk
but protein from the REAL GAINS i think is enough

need help
yesterday, i had a hearing (mock trial - chamber matter)
but b4 that i had to run to the library to take sum stuffs fr my lecturer
anyways, while running with my spanish leather shoes...very light at that, there's this very sharp pain from my ankles downwards everything i stomped the pavement or the tiles
seriously, but i takleh stop cuz the need arises
where walking wud take 15mins back and forth the library and that class, i managed a 4mins
but when i sit, my legs sored...serious shit
sakit but not like macam nak tercabut...hahaha
i tot it was the shoes tak sesuai but it had happened earlier when i was doing HIIT on my treadmill with my running shoes although it was only for a while cuz i really need to run smile.gif

why eh?

im gonna get back at weights end of puasa
right now, im concentrating on my sprints...
been asking from phoenix some advice...well lots of them actually

i dunno but i guess even when i rest, i dont feel much tired nowadays

but still sad cuz im still the treadmill guy
never had experience on pavement cuz no friend and dunno where the best to go around kl (besides taman tasik)

the principle is still the same- "WILL lose weight when you consume LESSER calories than your body burns."
in addition of consume LESSER calories, we can make our body burn more calories.

i rarely stretch b4 workout...usually stretch after each set...haha

learnning bout nutrition is really hard...
especially those yang takde duit and depends on home cooked food cuz when u at home, the food u want wont be satisfying each and every one in the house
