no dinner? imo, it will make u hard to lose fat.
i wonder why ppl like to starve themselves when dieting. i cannot imagine anybody can follow this diet plan for ten years. so why not choose a easy and comfortable path?
eating more meals (5-6 meals) with less quantity every day is a more effective diet plan.
the principle is still the same- "WILL lose weight when you consume LESSER calories than your body burns."
in addition of consume LESSER calories, we can make our body burn more calories.

Do you really want to lose weight? The SIMPLEST routine you can get with, is a fullbody routine, three times a week, DO NOT train to failure. Find rippetoe, find madcow, it's been recommended like a b|tch already....
Train with circuits (google) on your rest days, (Don't go too strenuous) and train hard, eat well and don't ever underestimate nutrition. Learn about nutrition. Don't be those goons that sit by the word of rice being evil and carbs are stupid.
Word of advice, STRETCH. Too many ppl undermine the importance of stretching. Stretch during workouts, after workouts and anytime you feel like. I've a theory that stretching could probably be the key to stretch marks (and NO i do not relate their importance because of the word "stretch" solely) prevention. Meanwhile, train hard.
