this is one question

1)i went to the gym and usually i do my shoulders and chest
i concentrate on my abdomen and legs later in the week
the thing is, my workout are simple cuz i dont wanna grow super big
they include shoulder presses,bench press,lateral raise,lat pull down and whatnot for the chest and shoulders areas
later on, some buff-gay dude came and told me
u shudnt stick to the 3 set of 8-12 rep dude...u just do how many u want
say i just buat bench 40-50lbs for how many times i want, how many sets i want till get tired...the same for others...

later he saw me can only use 40-50 lbs barbells max (the one with locks la)
if free barbells can do presses only 20kg's...dumbells only 20-30lbs...
i kene kutuk due to this...from him...cuz i kept increase the intensity of doing it at 8-10reps for 3 sets...to me those are heavy enough...
i used those mid-weight dumbells slowly and increase intensity cuz i tanak grow ultra big...
what do u think of the guy's comment?

oh, second question
whats the best exercise that wont hurt my lower back to destroy the bulging obliques?

hmm...
well at least i should be given a chance to provide my perspective
i didnt say im doing low weights at high reps...luckily...
im doing my workout at weights the dude at the gym think its too low and he thinks im doing it light cuz i intend to do it with high reps...

and no im not afraid of growing big...i dont think i can grow big at all cuz i cant even lift at proper forms (i still at times cant do it at parallel levels between my left and right hands with dumbells at weights like 20-30lbs or even barbells with locks)
and yeah...i am working hard...especially on my knowledge bout working out in the gym...was hoping for good insight from u guys...
and like u, i doubt myself to grow even an inch...but as they said, take the gym as part of my lifestyle...
if u think im screwed with my blunders, then suggest something i could understand...i intend only to get some light in regard to what that dude at the gym said and me doing stuffs still at lightweights...

my goal actually even when i do presses and squats, the inclines and all...they are to satisfy my need to build the upper body first...
i want those bodies appearing in the undies box...or the american menshealth cover...sweet... drool.gif

im actually looking to lose my stupid love handles...its a family thing u know...
everyone in my family has it...sux but im doing the rotary torso twist and side bends though all at no avail cuz i dont feel contractions as i used to...
the isometrics exercise dont feel as tough as they used to even if im pausing for 2 seconds in a situp/side crunch circuits
what do u think?
among all the newbies or intermediates at the gym, im the one with the biggest lumps at the sides...despite having a medium build and 1.82inch tall... cry.gif

losing overall bodyfats leads to the fact on doing cardio and more on filling up ur body with protein right?

the f***ed up thing is, i only have thursday to sunday to workout

cuz im dead bored with the plan the instructors made for me (which later on they left me at my own devices...which is good)

on max-ot, say in the approved exercises or in the routine, need i do all the things stated within or can neglect one or 2?

and the max-ot is easy...article je panjang a bit
on the exercise...they are somewhat easy
except i need to start at low la for certain stuffs
haha...weakling

i mean i told the gay buffed up dude that i tot its better to have minimal reps with heavy weights
he said no need...just try those that cud keep u up til 10
