Hi guys, need some advice here,

is there any phone that matches the w610i in terms of functionality and price?

My preference is a walkman phone and has good camera quality, preferably with flash as the w610i has.

My budget is around ~RM1000-RM1200 and prefer an original set if possible.

nokia 3315 ?

i planning to buy SE w580i... mainly because of its design...

they said new w580i has solve the keypad problem... but how to identify new keypads n old ones ?? and is it true that w580i cant use mp3 as ringtones ?? i heard it from some comments frm other sites...

well, i've never personally played with a U700 before but looking at it's spec sheet, it certainly is impressive. however, i'd still stick with the N73 as my choice. why? HSDPA isn't a necessity, and neither is slimness. also, the N73 runs on Symbian, which basically enables you to install all sorts of apps to maximize your phone's potential. and as a guy, i would prefer a "manly" phone. plus, the N73 has dual speakers..


i would recommend the Sony Ercisson K750i. it's a darn good buget phone.


if i were you, i'd get the K800i/810i. music playback wise, the Cybershot's are pretty on par with the Walkman's. however, since you're in for a very good camera, the K800i/810i will shine thanks to it's 3.2mp camera with the xenon-based flash.

i am considering w810i and k610i..but k610i doesnt have fm radio..another choice would b k770i..but its expensive..
pls giv sum recommendation..i will b usin the hp for long term and i want to buy somethg worth for the money...it would b splendid if the design is girlie..

The W810i, is pretty good, but I've see the scree, quite small, and it's kinda old.

There's the k550i, I'd say unisex styling. Has FM radio, 2.0 MP camera with AF and Cyber-Shot. I think it is within your price range for an original set. But the keypad is a tad small ad I used it for long SMS once and it wasn't comfortable.

maybe you could consider K770. the price is within your range (ori set) and have 3mp camera.

Btw, what's the estimated price of the w890? maybe will go that one if my budget allow it but the lack of AF and flash is a major let down.

definitely the Sony Ericsson K750i. it has one of THE best 2.0mp AF camera modules. besides, the UI is very simple to understand and operate.
