How's the display compare to say, SE K550i. is it more or less bright?
How's teh camera, is it really that terrible compare to other similar handphones?
Hows the sound & build quality?

It's almost the end of the year. If the funds are enough I will buy a new handphone.

these are the handphones that I currently evaluate.

SE Z550i
Nokia 3110 classic

these two costs about +-rm500 AP.

SE K550
SE k750i

as you know these two above costs below rm 600 AP

SE V630
SE w810
motorola l72

don't know how much these three costs....

so here's the situation.

If I buy either z550 or nokia 3110 classic If the funds permit I might buy a digital camera as well. If I buy either the other 5 I might not need to buy a digital camera but the images might not as good as a dedicated digital camera.

I'll use the phone mostly for taking snapshots, watch video clips and listen to mp3 and I'm not using it for heavy gaming.

I actually kinda like z550 but I don't know how good it is. maybe you guys can give your opinion about this phone.
SE K800 might be out of the question because it's too bulky to my liking.

hmmmm I don't know, since I wear jeans most of the time, the size of the phone would be inconvenient for me.

as for w810i I'm concerned about the camera since it doesn't have lens cover.

oh forgot to tell. I have sweaty hands, so I expect the phone can hold up with my palm's sweat at least for a long period.

just saw a good deal on motorola L72. I want to know if any one of you have this phone, how does it perform?

BTW the phone is on christmas promotion at sogo. RM 599 at best denki.

maybe you could consider K770. the price is within your range (ori set) and have 3mp camera.
