It’s not a mispricing of MK, it’s just demand and supply. Everyone say it’s oversupplied.

Try build 100k units at say KLCC, see what it happens.

Ready in Q1 2021. Developer is IREKA which built 1MK, Tiffani, Kiaraville and Seni.

The SA told me maintenance is 50cents psf bcos only 160+ units,
Guaranteed 5 years rental at 5% for first 2 years, and 6% for 3rd to 5th year.

To me pricing is very good. The more expensive you get better neighbours. So we see things differently here.

For investment rental maybe not so good as u say.
