Just tell the developer salesperson to ditch the GRR and you can stay there upon VP. I'm sure they won't mind. laugh.gif

Low density, well-crafted project like KAMI will add value to the MK address while the other project dubbed as "cheapest PSF in MK" with confusing entrance/access will reduce the reputation.
