I'm wondering too. My logic is that passenger complained about your service. But fesbuk pipu said it is driver complained about rider/Grab, which doesn't make sense to me, because I feedback red unhappy face before but it didn't show up in my Feedback Report. Then that day I kena for the 1st time 1 Partner Service Report. But no fucking explanation. Grab give this kind of report for what also I don't know. No meaning.

Look at the way Uber give report. Makes much more sense, right?

Bangsar, Wangsa maju, pandan indah. Drive and sit for 5 minutes no ping. Wtf doh.gif

Hope not due their stupid heat map issue this morning.

So Partner Service Report can mean good thing or bad thing? Damn stupid la the way Grab give report. Cause unnecessary stress to drivers only.

good if someone bring out this issue tonight Teh Tarik session and share with the rest of us here.

Also bring out the question on cancellation....how they determine when the driver cancellation is too much for them?

For tonight session im sure most of the issues being highlighted has been made known to them already.Its the same issues with the same answer recycle over and over again.

They should act not just say we are working on the matter,we appreaciate ur feedback bla bla bla..so for me the session is just a lots of bs.its a pr stunt.

not only kl.

pj also. ytd in bandar utama area also pick up not far, but goggle map show like 10 min, text to riders, some cancel immediately

sooner or later, riders will know getting crapcar need to be patient...

good time gone, demand is just too great, bangla also like to use..

one thing good for those bangla is they never cancel even thought u reach like 15 mins...

If fulltime definitely worth it I think.

U must also consider if maintenance is included, must send back or u can send.urself then claim? If the former, if takes time mean u cant earn for that period.

I notice exceptional slow today, the latest upgraded Rider App seems less friendly & some riders complaining canโ€™t confirm booking for more than half an hour ๐Ÿ˜ณ
