Frequently happen at Kampung area as Rider can’t find the proper drop off point in Rider App.

I notice exceptional slow today, the latest upgraded Rider App seems less friendly & some riders complaining can’t confirm booking for more than half an hour 😳

I notice RM1/km at Grab Optimal Distance whereby very often RM0.90/km Actaul Travelled Distance even at MP blocks. Average fare/trip getting higher while PuP getting further on top of negligible incentive.

RM1.40/km is just one of many factors, 5km or 15min to PuP, waiting time, traffic & weather conditions, ...
I’m tracking my total distance against total take home.

I’m FT 6-Sater & feel the hit as well.
Take from average, I drove 10h daily only HP & above, 250km, RM250 Gross, 20 trips.

In my opinion, incentive is temporary measures prior to System maturity. Eventually Incentive would be gone or bare minimal while Rider-Grab-Driver balancing the benefits 🤔

It is not uncommon that some blocks stated 1h1min while the next block became 59min. I’m very disappointed that no more email access while the CS always reply I didn’t on-line for full hour despite my history recorded few rides b2b for full hour 😡

It bounce to have tolerance from all clock reference. I used to allow 30s for potential error to play safe. If I had 4 rides dropping says at 1:59 then I might turn off until 2:00 to turn on again to save unnecessary bullet 🤔

Ya, I notice much higher fare today despite slower pings.
Case 1. Rider complaining RM7 instead of normal RM5
Case 2. 10km from the Mines to IOI City Mall RM23 😅

1% GrabCar+
9% 6-Seater
90% GrabCar
Most of GC+ is fully utilized as 6-Seater at Discounted Rate 😡
Some of the riders select 6-Seater as GC, if Small Car then cancel Booking especially RM65 KLIA Ride 🤬

Yesterday a highly educated gentleman booked GC but fully utilized 6-Seater for 2 trolleys full of loose supermarket items. Along the journey he told his parents in car that he would cancel if Axia or Small Car accepted his booking. Grab doesn’t practice Cancellation fee 😡

After my introduction of GC, GC+ & 6-S, my DR further dropped to 4.78 this morning as expected 🤬

Why CS issued soft-warning to me as a victim without preliminary investigation over the Overcharged Accusation?

Judgement day? Luv of FairLess? FYI, I’m a Priest of Tao familiar with these kind of Open-ended questions.

We are learning so as Grab. There are Lopsided Treaties to Deflect Grab CS Incompetency such as:
1. Excessive PaX led to B2B Glitches
2. Same Rider within a week led to System Allocation
3. Overcharged Allegation even though collecting GrabCar fare while providing full 6-Seater Service.

We need to find avenue to express our case for improvement & safeguarding our rights rather than kept allowing Grab passing their responsibilities to Driver as ginny pig. Prior to establishment of efficacy solution, I believed that sharing for awareness among drivers & perhaps remedy to it.
