Now i think too lenient for rider, macam 5 cancellation within a time frame will softban. I think those cancellation half way or travelled more than 1km then only cancel, need to punish even higher. Think of the driver losing their time and fuel just because of this shit rider.

If they are not transparent about cancellation, same shit will going to happen over and over again.

that is not driver problem, definitely is crap platform problem, as i said the radius or algorithm should improve when enter KL radius. We provide feedback and they should go and tackle it. Problem is getting worse after insufficient of driver recently, many reluctant to enter KL city centre on peak hour.

The GS radius is ridiculously far also, at bangsar kena Pasar Seni job, without hesitation i go and cancel it, travelling to brickfield alone is killing me, let alone asking me to go until Pasar Seni.

Since last week, every first job on the evening i started after work sure got problem, long distance pick up due to their anti-fraud smart system, called rider say can wait, half way through cancel. Tell me how to not blood boiling seeing at this situation?

Last friday even more epic on my first job, told rider need 20-25mins to get into brickfield to pick up.
first call she cannot wait, say wanna cancel, waited 2-3mins no response at apps screen
called 2nd time, say wanna cancel, waited another 2-3mins, no response at apps screen
called 3rd time, this time say wanna wait, travelled 500m and wasted 10mins there, rider called up and say wanna cancel, screw her up and she hang up my call. tell me how not to blood boiling at this situation?

Tenkiu fa cai grab for screwing drivers on your system flaw. It has been 1 year for me and i did not see any major improvement on the cancellation part at all. Even some GDMA also feel useless talking to grab higher management when touching certain issue, let alone driver communicate effectively with them.

I tried before at KL jam almost an hour , reached the place shown by Waze , but it was wrongly located , i go there fast ( but not super fast ) , rider say why you drive so fast , i just outside , you go wrong place , cancel it!

It was a one way road , i not sure how long it would take to reroute back , should not be long ( approx 5-10max ) , i not sure what i did wrong , i go there fast because it was already late , but i am not tooooo fast , not sure why the pax angry and say cancel , i even reconfirm and he say Yes Cancel then close phone.

it was hillparkphase 5, waze locate to go by hillparkphase 2.( check map , shown it take 5min to reroute , and that road no jam. )

By the way , we need to forget it the moment the job cancelled. lucky still manage to get another ping within the same hour.

Not sure was this cause his anger , i do send him a whatsapp about Waze ETA to let him know i am not cheating , since it would take so long time , i dont want him to just test out whether this driver were cheating. Maybe he dont like people get his info .

I sometime at KL after 5pm , i really wanted to tell the pax just cancel it if you cant wait , it was not effecient at all , sometime due to rain , pax just want to have a car to go a very short distance places , but needed to wait 30-40min , i wont mind if they cancel it after rain stop and they can walk.

most of the time ETA + 10min would be accurate.

If at HP slot, got RM30 i also take, finish within 30-40min and go petrol station rest a while. If not can continue hantam for higher fare.

Now at with surge, i really hard to find below RM10 in city area liao.

HG is not so worth it when it switch to daily AR. It becomes stressful as you need to repair it on the day itself. Having not enough time and it requires u to work longer than you would normally want to.

This is one of the reasons why I'm trying flexi-HG hybrid for the whole week. I would be very lucky to get more than RM70 incentive per day these days. Usually it will be around RM40-50/day; RM250-RM300/week. Just enough to cover for my Grab's commission. That's down by at least half than the norm 😅

I would like to ask fellow driver's opinion on is it feasible to rent a car and do grab driver full time ?

If let's say I'm driving around 12hours a day in KL area. After paying the rental of maybe rm400 a week for the car excluding the petrol. Is it still ok to do ?   

Penang very stagnant strategy...either airport or incentives due to the distance. One end to another is just abt 30km
