Can anyone explain how grab deem a ride is higher fare? Most of the time when I pick up rider at red hot spot there r no higher fare. The weird thing is when I pick up rider at non spot ie not even green spot sometimes I encountered higher surcharge.

I think that is called bus, bro...

maybe give 'herewego' a try now since grab fare also based on this navigation map - and tell customer cannot choose toll or no toll already, only can just follow this navigation...

too bad in grab policy seems allow rider to select prefereable route which means include toll free road

rider also won't bother any so called rugi / x rugi, just want driver follow, else either 1 star or report

If they do it like Uber or taxi then can, because fare not fixed, follow "meter". Rider don't want to pay toll? Ok. If the no toll route is too far compared to the upfront fare, then rider ends up paying also.

And sometimes Uber's upfront fare is nice also. Sometimes the route that Uber calculated includes toll, but the route that Waze suggests is shorter and doesn't have toll. So you pocket the difference.
